A: Carpet is the biggest filter in your home. It is exposed to dirt, pollen and other allergens, mold, fungus, cigarette smoke\/odors, pet hair, pet stains, spilled food and drinks. Your carpets can look clean and still be a breeding ground for bacteria, germs and microorganisms. These factors can make for an unhealthy living situation. Also, vacuuming frequently and scheduled cleanings will extend the life of your carpet.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Q: How often should I have my carpets professionally cleaned?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A: Carpet manufactures recommend cleaning your carpet 6-12 months. This keeps your carpet warranty valid. The carpet warranty also requires that the cleaning must be done by a certified company.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Q: Is your equipment truck mounted?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A: Yes, we have truck-mounted systems with hot water extraction units. Many people think of it as “Steam cleaning.” The only thing that will be coming into your home is a couple of hoses. This method, hot water extraction, is the only acceptable cleaning method by carpet manufacturers and the Carpet and Rug Institute.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Q: Are the products you use safe for my family and pets?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A: Yes. All the products we use are safe for your family, pets and the environment. We also offer green cleaning products. These meet and\/or exceed the EPA DFE program guidelines. The cleaning products that we have on our vans are the same cleaning products that the owner Darcy uses in her own home.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Q: Are your technicians experienced?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A: Yes, our technicians attend seminars\/courses to keep current on the latest in cleaning techniques and materials. We are certified by the IICRC (The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification). We take classes and have to pass tests, once we have our certifications we have to take continuing education to keep them valid.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n
