How do you charge for services?<\/span><\/summary>
\n\n

Currently we charge by the room. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We do have a $125 minimum. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you have pet stains, red stains or coffee stains, there is a $25  additional charge for treatment per room.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The best way to determine price is if you can text some photos of the dirtiest part of the area you want cleaned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We do ask clients to pick up shoes, toys, pet deposits, to make your job go smoothly and save you money.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We also clean commercial businesses.  Call us for a free estimate.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n

Are you insured?<\/span><\/summary>
\n\n

Absolutely! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We carry insurance for our employees and for the work that we do in your home. <\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n

What about pets?<\/span><\/summary>
\n\n

We love pets. If you have a pet, you need us!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To keep your fur babies happy, we ask that you put them someplace where they can snuggle & be comfortable.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Often strangers & loud, scary noises in their space may upset them. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

There is an additional $25 charge per area for Pet – Pee treatment<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n

We use environmentally safe cleaning products with low moisture, hot water extraction. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We can use  disinfectants and with super hot water extraction, which kills viruses such as flu and corona virus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Do you move furniture?<\/span><\/summary>

It depends. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We will move a coffee tables, end tables, ottomans, desk chairs, we will even move your Barbie Dream House. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We will not move any electronics, antique furniture, hutches, book cases, beds, anything heavy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Due to our insurance we cannot do that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is really not a problem since 99% of the cleaning is in a traffic patterns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We do ask that you pick up toys, shoes, books, take lamps off tables, unload coffee tables and of course pet deposits.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n

Forms of payment<\/span><\/summary>

We hope you are satisfied with our services and are happy to spend your hard earned money for them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We love cash & checks, we also can do credit cards and debit cards onsite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We will email you a receipt.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n
