#1:<\/strong> Pre-test your carpet to determine the best method of cleaning. In most cases, we do a low moisture method of cleaning that is safe for 99% of upholstered fabrics. If our pretest determines that your fabric is not safe for any moisture, we have options for dry cleaning as well.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

#2:<\/strong> Pre-vacuum your upholstery. Before we start any cleaning process, we do a thorough vacuuming to remove dry soil.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

#3:<\/strong> Pre-spotting. Soda spills, wine spills, coffee spills, urine stains, grease, oil, gum, wax, crayon, marker, and other troubled spots are pre-treated before cleaning. Highly used areas, such as arms, are also pre-treated to dislodge stuck in soils.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

#4:<\/strong> Pre-grooming. After pre-spotting, all treated areas are agitated with a gentle brush or cloth. This helps to dislodge any soils before the cleaning takes place.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

#6:<\/strong> Quick drying. After the rinsing process, we bring in turbo dryers to make sure that the furniture is dry by the time we leave.
